14-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or damage
  • Include proof of purchase or order number

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Intimate apparel, underwear, swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive:

  • A wrong item
  • A damaged item
  • A manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging and shipping label

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Different size
  • Different color (subject to availability)

If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  2. Your refund status will be confirmed.
  3. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times:

  • Inspection: 1–3 business days
  • Refund issuance: 1–3 business days
  • Bank processing: 5–10 business days

The actual arrival time depends on your payment provider and bank.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

After an order enters processing or shipping preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the order has already shipped, please follow the standard return procedure after delivery.


Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused or returned due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Failure to collect package
  • Refusal to pay local duties or taxes

Any return shipping fees, customs charges, or handling costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

If you have not received your refund:
