Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears lost:

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

BarbieBoo Fashion cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but we will assist with carrier investigations whenever possible.


Split Shipments

For orders containing multiple items, products may occasionally be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.

In such cases:

  • No additional shipping charges will apply.
  • Separate tracking numbers may be provided.
