---DETAILS--- 

Though Jars Ceramistes is a family-run company that’s been around since 1857, their tableware is perfectly suited to contemporary needs. Their ceramics are very hard-wearing, able to resist cracks, fading, and the stress of dishwashers and microwaves. This is a result of an energy-saving manufacturing process that fires only once at 1285°C rather than the standard three times, and a unique glaze made with a 'recipe' that includes oxidised metal, for outstanding durability. Jars factories also recycle all the water and heat used in production, keeping waste and pollution to an absolute minimum. This side plate from the Vuelta range has smooth edges and an elevated base. The non-porous glaze has Jars' signature 'cracked' glaze, with a linear pattern extending from the centre. As each piece is unique, there will be variations in pattern per piece. 

This piece can be pre-heated in a low oven (max 150°C) from room temperature. It should not be used for cooking. Over 200°C and in particular when using oil, the crackled-effect glaze can 'open' and may let colours of cooked foods in, therefore making it impossible to remove.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
